• YJ375 hydraulic torque converter, a well proven matching component for 5 ton loaders. Wide high efficiency working range, automatically adapts to load variation. No power stall during digging and shoveling, stable power transmission and strong shock resistance. Its reliability has been fully verified by market applications.
• Constant mesh spur gear power shift gearbox ensures smooth shifting and easy operation. The fixed axis spur gear structure is simple yet robust with excellent shock resistance. Easy to disassemble, repair and service on remote job sites, with highly universal spare parts.
• Well calibrated matching of power assemblies generates ample tractive force for the whole machine. Stable continuous heavy duty operation in earth rock works and aggregate yards.

Luxury cab

Fadeel luxury cab with full skeleton structure can provide large space and safety protect to operator.

Visibility is excellent to both front and rear of the cabin, the front arc wind-shield and large rear mirror are equipped to increase operator's vision. Rear camera is an option to machine which can reduce risk when operation. Sun visor is standard to protect operator's eyes.

Micro-pressurized Sealing Design

Micro-pressurized design makes cab has better sealing feature, also the temperature can be kept stable no matter the outside weather when using warm-fan or air conditioner. Improved sealing also decreases the internal noise dramatically which makes operator comfortable and reduce fatigue.

Comfortable Seat

The mechanical suspension seat with excellent vibration absorption feature can better adapt to operator's weight which can reduce operation fatigue dramatically. Adjustable headrest could increase neck and head safety to operator.

Equipped with advanced front panel which has various gauge,the opera-   tor can monitor machine's working conditions in time.Steering column  can be adjusted back and forth according to the operator's demand.

Vibration and Noise Isolation

Unique vibration absorption design can improve the operation and protect the main components dramatically, that can reduce operator's fatigue and prolong uptime of machine. Rear axle can oscillate 12 degrees to increase passage capacity in rough job site.

The internal wall of engine hood and the cab floor are stuck by sound absorbing material in order to reduce the noise of machine to improve operator's comfort.

Engine Access

The “side-open” engine hood is easily to open and offers large space for operator when maintain the machine, the Three-points design of foot-plate and hand-holders is very convenient for operator to climb the machines with safety. The fuel filter and oil filters are located in one side of engine to make them easy and quick maintenance.

Fuel and hydraulic oil level indicators are placed in convenient places on the tanks for easy check.

Convenient Lubrication

All butter filling positions are leaded to the convenient places on machine in order to easy lubrication. Operator can stand on the ground when do the routine maintenance. Centralization lubrication is optional to convenient lubrication if customer has special demand.

Instrument Panel

Advanced instrument panel integrates gauges which can help operator monitor the running situations of machines, it is very convenient to help technician to maintain and repair machine.

Dry brake axles

Equipped with dry brake axles that the brake pads are exposed outside of axles,this design makes brakes pads are easy to be replaced with low cost.Brake pipes in front of axles are protected by steel plate to avoid damage which may be caused by materials dropped from bucket.
